A very tight deadline and two complete lighting vault retrofits required the design and construction of a temporary airfield lighting vault for Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The project was designed, procured and fabricated in 35 days in order to be ready for a December 2012 shut down of the North Vault. Fabrication of a stacked constant current regulator array (14 regulators) within a 45′ dry van semi trailer required steel racking, 480V and 120V distribution systems, Mechanical AC systems and innovative field connection methods.
