It is our belief that a well-trained employee is a greater benefit for our client, our company and the employee as well. Rural Electric invests heavily in our employees through robust safety, trade and administrative training for all of our staff. Most of our training is distributed and tracked online which can accelerate the completion of the training as well as improve tracking the expiration of important certificates.
Some of our safety training includes: 10 hr & 40 hr OSHA cards, confined space, excavation, fall protection, MSHA miner, lock out/tag out, electrical safety, and more.
We utilize IECA (Independent Electrical Contractors Association) and ABA (Arizona Builders Alliance) for our 4 year electrical apprenticeship program. We encourage our non-skilled labor force to sign up for program and we provide tuition reimbursement based on class grades.
