We proudly offer a four-year apprenticeship program through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC), which combines 576 hours of classroom instruction with 8,000 hours of hands-on, on-the-job training.

Company-Funded Support for Your Growth

We contribute to the funding of the IEC apprenticeship program, significantly reducing the financial burden on our employees. This allows you to focus on learning and honing your craft without the added stress of substantial out-of-pocket expenses.

After initial screening, selected candidates undergo a phone interview focusing on skills and fit. Successful candidates proceed to a final in-person interview. Following a successful interview, we will extend an offer. Upon acceptance, we will initiate the necessary background checks, drug screening, and gather any additional information required for employment. Once cleared, we will finalize your hiring and begin training you for your specific division.
