Our Core Values

Integrity

Doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Without integrity, all other values are meaningless. This core value means you are serious about what you want to accomplish, and you take it upon yourself to do so.

Dedication

Be loyal to yourself, the company, and our client. Protect our resources. Focus on your sense of responsibility to others and to a common goal. Be accountable and commit to using your energy to improve our company.

Quality

Quality happens when you take pride in your work as if your name was on it. Pride describes a feeling of satisfaction that comes from achieving something. Pride is something we each must own for ourselves.

Safety

Everyone goes home healthy, every day. You are responsible for your safety AND those around you.

Value

Think of the job from the client’s point of view. Be innovative and imaginative. You are empowered to bring forth new ideas and raise concerns for complaints; however, you must bring a solution - and commit to taking action.

Respect

Be respectful with your co-workers and our business partners. This includes having a solid understanding of how your emotions and actions affect the people around you. The better you relate to and work with others, the more successful you will be.
